পবিত্র কুরআনের সূরা আশ-শারহ-এর ৫ ও ৬ নম্বর আয়াতে মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা আমাদের সান্ত্বনা দিয়ে অত্যন্ত সুন্দরভাবে বলেছেন:
"নিশ্চয় কষ্টের সাথেই স্বস্তি রয়েছে। অবশ্যই কষ্টের সাথেই স্বস্তি রয়েছে।"

একটু গভীরভাবে ভাবলে বুঝবেন, আল্লাহ তায়ালা কিন্তু বলেননি কষ্টের 'পরে' স্বস্তি আসবে, বরং বলেছেন কষ্টের 'সাথেই' স্বস্তি আছে। অর্থাৎ প্রতিটা বিপদের ভেতরেই আল্লাহ সমাধানের পথ রেখে দেন।

একটি বাস্তব উদাহরণ দেওয়া যাক:
যখন একজন কৃষক কড়া রোদে পুড়ে জমিতে হাড়ভাঙা খাটুনি খাটেন, তখন তার সেই কষ্টের মাঝেই লুকিয়ে থাকে সোনালী ফসল কাটার আনন্দ। কষ্টের মুহূর্ত পার না করলে যেমন ফসলের দেখা মেলে না, তেমনি আমাদের জীবনের প্রতিটি পরীক্ষা বা বিপদের আড়ালে আল্লাহর কোনো না কোনো মহান কল্যাণ লুকিয়ে থাকে। ✨

আজকের এই প্রতিযোগিতামূলক যুগে আমরা সামান্য ব্যর্থতাতেই ভেঙে পড়ি, অনেকে চরম হতাশায় ডুবে যান। কিন্তু আমাদের মনে রাখতে হবে, দীর্ঘ অন্ধকার রাতের পরেই কিন্তু ভোরের সোনালী আলো ফোটে। তাই যেকোনো কঠিন পরিস্থিতিতে ধৈর্য ধরুন এবং আল্লাহর ওপর পূর্ণ ভরসা রাখুন। 💖

আসুন, আমরা বিপদে অধৈর্য না হয়ে আল্লাহর এই সুন্দর প্রতিশ্রুতির কথা স্মরণ করি এবং নিজেদের জীবনের সিদ্ধান্তগুলো ভেবেচিন্তে নিই।

নমস্কার বন্ধুরা, আমি ডাক্তার নিখিলেশ। আজ আমরা এমন এক রোগ নিয়ে কথা বলব যাকে চিকিৎসাবিজ্ঞানে বলা হয় 'নীরব ঘাতক' বা সাইলেন্ট কিলার। হ্যাঁ, আমি উচ্চ রক্তচাপ বা হাইপারটেনশনের কথা বলছি। আমাদের অবহেলার কারণে এই রোগটি নীরবে শরীরের বড় ক্ষতি করে ফেলে, যা পরবর্তীতে হার্ট অ্যাটাক বা স্ট্রোকের মতো মারাত্মক ঝুঁকির কারণ হতে পারে। 🩺

কী কী লক্ষণ দেখে সতর্ক হবেন?
উচ্চ রক্তচাপের সাধারণ কিছু লক্ষণ নিচে দেওয়া হলো, যা দেখা দিলে অবহেলা করা একদমই উচিত নয়:
ঘন ঘন মাথা ব্যথা করা, বিশেষ করে ঘাড়ের পেছনের অংশে।

সামান্য কিছু নিয়ম মেনে চললেই এই রোগ থেকে দূরে থাকা সম্ভব:
১. খাবারে বাড়তি কাঁচা লবণ খাওয়া আজই বন্ধ করুন।
২. প্রতিদিন অন্তত ৩০ মিনিট নিয়ম করে হাঁটুন বা হালকা ব্যায়াম করুন।
৩. চর্বিযুক্ত খাবার এড়িয়ে চলুন এবং প্রতিদিনের খাদ্যতালিকায় শাকসবজি ও ফলমূল রাখুন।
৪. অতিরিক্ত মানসিক চাপ বা দুশ্চিন্তা থেকে দূরে থাকার চেষ্টা করুন এবং পর্যাপ্ত ঘুমান।

মনে রাখবেন, সচেতনতাই সুস্থ জীবনের প্রথম চাবিকাঠি। তাই বয়স ৪০ পার হলে নিয়মিত রক্তচাপ পরীক্ষা করা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।

پاکستانی اپنے بڑوں کا احترام کرتے ہیں، خاندان کو اولین ترجیح دیتے ہیں، اور مشکل وقت میں ایک دوسرے کے کام آتے ہیں۔ ان کی محبت اور خلوص دیکھنے والوں کو متاثر کرتا ہے۔ پاکستان ایک خوبصورت ملک ہے اور یہاں کے لوگ اپنی سرزمین سے بے حد پیار کرتے ہیں۔

আমাদের মুখের একটা ছোট কথাই কিন্তু কারো পুরো দিনটা সুন্দর করে দিতে পারে, আবার কারো মনটা ভেঙে চুরমার করে দিতে পারে। অথচ আমরা অনেকেই না বুঝে অবহেলায় কিংবা রাগের মাথায় এমন সব কথা বলে ফেলি, যা অন্যের বুকে তীরের মতো বিঁধে।

পবিত্র কুরআনে মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা আমাদের কথা বলার সুন্দর আদব শিখিয়েছেন। সূরা আল-বাকারার ৮৩ নম্বর আয়াতে আল্লাহ নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন: "وَقُولُوا لِلنَّاسِ حُسْنًا" অর্থাৎ, "তোমরা মানুষের সাথে সুন্দর ও নম্রভাবে কথা বলো।" একটু খেয়াল করুন, আল্লাহ কিন্তু শুধু মুসলিমদের সাথে নয়, বরং সব 'মানুষের' সাথেই ভালো ব্যবহারের নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন।

একটা বাস্তব উদাহরণ দেওয়া যাক। প্রতিদিন আমাদের চারপাশে কত মানুষ কাজ করে—রিকশাচালক, ডেলিভারি ম্যান কিংবা অফিসের পিয়ন। তীব্র গরমে ঘেমে নেয়ে আসা ডেলিভারি বয়টিকে যদি আমরা একটু হেসে বলি, "ভাই, অনেক ধন্যবাদ কষ্ট করে আসার জন্য," তবে তার ক্লান্তি এক নিমেষেই অর্ধেক হয়ে যায়। এটাই হলো সুন্দর কথার শক্তি। আমাদের প্রিয় নবী (সাঃ)-ও বলেছেন, ভালো কথা বলাও একটা সদকা বা দান। ❤️

আসুন, আমরা আমাদের জিহ্বাকে নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখি। সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ায় কোনো মন্তব্য করার সময় বা বাস্তবে কারো সাথে কথা বলার সময় একটু সচেতন হই। আমাদের কথায় যেন কেউ কষ্ট না পায়, বরং শান্তি পায়।
