1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BnaGo website, mobile applications, APIs, or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) and possess legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately.

2 Account Registration & Social Authentication

You may create an account via direct registration or 1-click social sign-in (Google or Facebook). You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. When signing in through Google OAuth, your account is bound to your verified Google profile in strict compliance with Google's OAuth 2.0 Policies.

3 Marketplace Roles & Pricing Tiers

• Customers: Individual buyers purchasing retail products or freelance gigs with standard retail pricing.
• Merchants / Vendors: Verified sellers listing physical products with wholesale bulk discount options.
• Resellers: Affiliates earning dedicated commissions by marketing merchant products.
• Freelancers: Service providers delivering custom digital services and gigs under our escrow protection system.

4 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following:

• Uploading counterfeit, hazardous, illicit, or copyright-infringing goods or gig assets.
• Circumventing platform payment mechanisms or conducting fraudulent chargebacks.
• Harassing other users or transmitting malicious software or bots.
• Attempting to breach security or scrape restricted database records.

5 Payments, Escrow & Refund Policy

All retail transactions are safeguarded. Freelance gig payments are retained in platform escrow until the customer inspects and accepts the final delivery, or the auto-release timeframe expires. Return and replacement requests for defective physical goods must be submitted within 7 business days.

6 Account Termination & Disputes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms. Users may terminate their account at any time via Profile Settings. Any disputes will be resolved through our primary customer arbitration desk before legal escalation.
