প্রিয় দ্বীনি ভাই ও বোনেরা, প্রতিদিনের ব্যস্ততায় আমরা কত সময়ই না নানা সমস্যায় জর্জরিত হই। কিন্তু মহাগ্রন্থ আল-কুরআনে আল্লাহ তাআলা আমাদের এই কঠিন সময়ের সমাধানের পথ দেখিয়েছেন।
সূরা আল-বাকারাহ’র ১৫৩ নম্বর আয়াতে মহান আল্লাহ বলেন:
"হে মুমিনগণ! তোমরা ধৈর্য ও সালাতের মাধ্যমে সাহায্য প্রার্থনা করো। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ ধৈর্যশীলদের সাথে আছেন।" 🌸
এই আয়াতটি আমাদের জীবনের এক বিশাল শিক্ষণীয় দিক তুলে ধরে। আমাদের জীবনে যখন কোনো বিপদ আসে—তা হতে পারে ব্যবসায় লোকসান, পরীক্ষায় আশানুরূপ ফল না পাওয়া কিংবা প্রিয় কোনো মানুষকে হারানো—আমরা অনেকেই ভেঙে পড়ি। কিন্তু আল্লাহ আমাদের শিখিয়েছেন কীভাবে পরিস্থিতি মোকাবেলা করতে হবে।
ধরা যাক, কোনো কারণে আপনি বড় একটি আর্থিক ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হলেন। এই সময়ে হতাশ হয়ে চারদিক অন্ধকার না দেখে, আল্লাহর ওপর ভরসা রেখে ধৈর্য ধারণ করা এবং জায়নামাজে দাঁড়িয়ে চোখের জল ফেলে সাহায্য চাওয়া হলো প্রকৃত মুমিনের পরিচয়। এটি আমাদের মানসিক প্রশান্তি দেয় এবং সঠিক সিদ্ধান্ত নেওয়ার শক্তি যোগায়। 🤲
আসুন, আমরা যেকোনো বিপদে ভেঙে না পড়ে, সরাসরি আল্লাহর দরবারে সাহায্য চাই এবং নিজেদের আমল নিয়ে সচেতন হই। আল্লাহ আমাদের সবাইকে প্রতিটি পরিস্থিতিতে ধৈর্য ধারণ করার তাওফিক দান করুন। আমীন।

পবিত্র কুরআনের সূরা আল-হুজুরাতের ১২ নম্বর আয়াতে মহান আল্লাহ তাআলা ইরশাদ করেছেন:
'হে মুমিনগণ! তোমরা অধিকাংশ অনুমান থেকে দূরে থাকো; কারণ কোনো কোনো অনুমান পাপ।'
এই আয়াতটি আমাদের সামাজিক জীবনের এক চমৎকার দিকনির্দেশনা। আমরা অনেক সময়ই সত্য যাচাই না করে অন্যের প্রতি নেতিবাচক ধারণা পোষণ করি।
যেমন ধরুন, আপনার কোনো পরিচিত মানুষ আপনার মেসেজের উত্তর দিতে দেরি করল। আমরা অনেকেই হুট করে ভেবে বসি, 'সে আমাকে এড়িয়ে চলছে' বা 'তার অহংকার বেড়ে গেছে'। অথচ হতে পারে সে কোনো বিপদে আছে অথবা ব্যস্ততার কারণে দেখার সুযোগ পায়নি। এই যে বিনা প্রমাণে খারাপ ভাবা, এটাই হলো সেই ক্ষতিকর অনুমান যা আমাদের সুন্দর সম্পর্কগুলোকে নষ্ট করে দেয়।
আসুন, আমরা যেকোনো বিষয়ে নিশ্চিত না হয়ে মন্তব্য করা থেকে বিরত থাকি। অন্যের প্রতি ইতিবাচক ধারণা পোষণ করাও কিন্তু এক ধরণের ইবাদত। আসুন নিজেদের মনকে পরিষ্কার রাখি এবং সমাজকে আরও সুন্দর করে গড়ে তুলি। 🤝✨

পবিত্র কুরআনে মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা...
হতাশা যখন আমাদের গ্রাস করতে চায়, তখন মনের ভেতর এক অদ্ভুত শূন্যতা তৈরি হয়। আমরা প্রতিনিয়ত যা পাচ্ছি না, তা নিয়ে আফসোস করি; কিন্তু যা পেয়েছি, তার হিসাব কি রাখি? ✨
পবিত্র কুরআনে মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা চমৎকার এক ঘোষণা দিয়েছেন। সূরা ইব্রাহিমের ৭ নম্বর আয়াতে তিনি বলেন:
"যদি তোমরা কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করো, তবে আমি অবশ্যই তোমাদের নেয়ামত বাড়িয়ে দেবো।"
এই আয়াতটি আমাদের জীবনের এক পরম সত্যকে মনে করিয়ে দেয়। কৃতজ্ঞতা বা 'শোকর' কেবল মুখের কিছু শব্দ নয়, এটি অন্তরের এক গভীর অনুভূতি।
একটি বাস্তব উদাহরণ দেওয়া যাক। ধরুন, আপনি সারাদিন কঠোর পরিশ্রম করে সামান্য কিছু উপার্জন করলেন। এখন আপনার সামনে দুটি পথ খোলা আছে। প্রথমত, আপনি আফসোস করতে পারেন যে কেন আরও বেশি পেলেন না। দ্বিতীয়ত, আপনি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ বলে শুকরিয়া আদায় করতে পারেন যে আল্লাহ আপনাকে অন্তত এইটুকু হালাল রিযিক দিয়েছেন। যখনই আপনি দ্বিতীয় পথটি বেছে নেবেন, আপনার মনে প্রশান্তি আসবে এবং আল্লাহ আপনার রিযিকে বরকত বাড়িয়ে দেবেন। 🤲
আসুন, আমরা অভিযোগ করার অভ্যাস বাদ দিয়ে কৃতজ্ঞ হতে শিখি। সুস্থ শরীর, মাথার ওপর ছাদ, আর তিন বেলা খাবার—এগুলো আমাদের অনেকের কাছে অতি সাধারণ মনে হলেও, পৃথিবীতে লাখো মানুষের কাছে এগুলো এক একটি স্বপ্ন। তাই প্রতিটি ছোট বিষয়েও আল্লাহর প্রতি কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করার অভ্যাস গড়ে তুলুন।
আজ থেকে আসুন আমরা দিনে অন্তত একবার হলেও মন থেকে নিঃশব্দে 'আলহামদুলিল্লাহ' বলি।
